This device efficiently places cookies onto parchment paper, featuring a paper guillotine that trims the paper to the exact length needed. Additionally, it is equipped with a holder for a razor blade to make lengthwise cuts in the paper. The machine was last in operation in mid-2003, and we acquired it later that year, storing it in our warehouse ever since. Unfortunately, we’re missing the filler blocks (pressure blocks) for this machine, as they were not provided by the previous owner. However, we do possess various dies and wire cut harps, as depicted in pictures. By adding a belt to this machine, it can be seamlessly incorporated into a tunnel oven production line, rather than being limited to a parchment paper-based operation.
