Peerless, Horizontal Tilt Bowl Dough Mixer, Model HS13, Serial 99103, mostly all Stainless-Steel construction with a Three Roller Bar agitator. This nominal 1,300 lb. capacity dough mixer features a 60/30 HP two-speed motor, with a two speed Allen Bradley NEMA rated starter, all in 460 volts. This mixer features hydraulic bowl tilting, a single side heavy duty SEW gearmotor and timing belt type agitator shaft drive system, a glycol bowl jacket with a bowl temperature sensor, a bulk flour slide gate opening and four liquid inlets on the bowl canopy.
