The Topos half icer streamlines icing with its efficient and sanitary inline “flip-over” design. Made entirely of stainless steel, it ensures quick and easy cleaning.

This two-piece system features a top “flip-over” icing conveyor and a mobile, heated, and agitated icing tank below. The icing manifold under the infeed conveyor creates an icing puddle for products to pass through. After moving through the icing, products flip onto the takeaway conveyor. The powered catch belt with an integrated scraper directs excess icing back to the tank.

The mobile icing tank maintains consistent temperatures with its double-walled, electrically heated, and thermostatically controlled design. An air diaphragm pump and pneumatic sweep agitator provide precise control with adjustable speeds for both the pump and sweep bar. This design maximizes efficiency, simplifies cleaning, and enhances performance.

Standard Feautures

  1. Wash down duty gearmotor drive.
  2. Triple roller transfer.
  3. The take away conveyor can be adjusted up and down to accommodate the proper “flip” of your product. It can be adjusted up to have no flipping if the half icer is not being used.
