The TG-36 Topos Waterfall Glazer sets a new standard for donut glazing efficiency and innovation. To start, its 36” wide stainless steel rod-type conveyor belt smoothly and consistently transports donuts. In addition, mobile and removable glaze tanks, paired with a recirculating air diaphragm glaze pump, deliver a continuous and even glaze flow. Furthermore, the stainless steel waterfall trough, designed with dual compartments, creates a flawless glaze curtain for perfect donut coverage.
The stainless steel conveyor frame includes glaze catch pans and a removable flood pan. This design simplifies cleaning significantly. A direct-drive hollow bore gearmotor connects to the doughnut cooling conveyor’s master control panel. This ensures precise and reliable operation. The mobile single-walled stainless steel recirculation tank features an air diaphragm pump with pneumatic controls for efficient glaze handling.
For consistent performance, the system operates on 440-480 volt, 3-phase power. Inline stainless steel sieves in the feed lines and 3-way sanitary valves at the pump inlet allow flexible use with glaze or icing. Furthermore, the heated tank features a double-walled design with electric heaters and a water bath circulated by a pump. Thermostatic controls ensure consistent temperature, while a pneumatically actuated sweep bar agitator keeps the glaze smooth. Finally, all controls are housed in a durable NEMA 4 stainless steel enclosure for safety and longevity.
