Peerless, Horizontal Tilt Bowl Dough Mixer, Model 555HD, Serial 89057, mostly all Stainless-Steel construction with a Three Roller Bar agitator. This nominal 1,000 lb. capacity dough mixer features a 75/37.5 HP two-speed motor, with a two-speed Allen Bradley NEMA rated starter, all in 460 volts. This mixer features hydraulic bowl tilting, a twin side heavy duty “rear-end” and twin, multi row roller chain agitator shaft drive, a glycol bowl jacket with a bowl drain, a bulk flour slide gate opening, and five liquid inlets on the bowl canopy.
